The Islamic Society in Jabalia City has begun constructing the Orphan Gathering Center on an area of 2,500 square meters. The center includes multi-purpose “Mazaya” halls that host all activities for children and families carried out within the center, including recreational, artistic, cultural, and educational activities, as well as workshops. These halls are also used for theatrical performances, celebrations, children’s and social events (such as weddings), and special conferences.
The total expenditure of the Society’s contribution to the Mazaya multi-purpose halls project during 2021 amounted to approximately USD 2,503. Various segments of the community benefited from this project.
